BASIC INFORMATION:

place of event:	in your place - on agrément
training length:	6 hours
number of participants:	min 5, max 11
to bring on the event:	plastic bowls for transporting the products
	apron or working suit
organizer has to provide:	a room with standard tables or school banches and chairs
	(kitchen tables are not suitable)
	there should be enough light in the room
	a plate for products for each participant
	cutting plates and bins for waste
	can be provided by me, if needed
during courses I lend:	vegetable knives straight and curved, Thai knife
	chisels with "U" profile, chisel "V" profil
	cutting plates and bowls, if organizer does not have enough
material:	provides organizer - a list will be given in detailed informatik
participants will receive:	Certificate of participation
Tools, utilities, literature:	lze koupit na kurzu, příp. objednat

 

PRICES

Course price per person:	1 day - 1.400 CZK / 56 EUR + 20% VAT
	2 days - 2.500 CZK / 100 EUR + 20% VAT
	customer can choose whatever course he wants to participate in
other cosi:	will be put into total calculation, which can be sent to you on request
	material for preparation of lecturer
	freight
	accomodation
	insurance

CANCELLING OF THE RESERVED COURSE

to cancel the registration:	contact us immediately!!!
	substitude date can be negotiated
charge for 2nd registration:	if the course is cancelled 1 months before the course starts, it is neccesary to send a payment (or its part) for substitude date first
