HOW TO KEEP YOUR TOOLS IN GOOD SHAPE:

 

 

• THAI KNIFE, CZECH KNIFE AND GIESSER KNIVES

• Before use, sharpen the knives on carborund whetstone or on another fine whetstone.

 

CHISELS

 

• If you sharpen them, first dive a sandstone whetstone for 5-10 min into a water.

• Sharpen the chisels mainly from the inner side. You can sharpen them lightly from the outside too.

• Sandstone whetstone is coarse, for fine sharpening use slate whetstone.

• After you finish the work, clean the metal parts of chisels by damp cloth and let it dry.

• In Comfort set lay a rubber foam strips on the chisels. They should not shake in the box during manipulation.
